Hello everyone. Welcome to Evening ESOL 4/5 class. I am your teacher, Erik. Below is a picture of my two lovely cats: Siyah and Holden. Siyah is the black cat, and Holden is the tabby cat.
In this class we will learn how to listen, speak, read, and write in academic English. Academic English is English that we use in university and when we want to study something new. Academic English can help us think and communicate more clearly. Let's learn together and help each other become better learners.
